The V-Line Family

The V-Line offering includes seven vertical form fill seal (VFFS) models with a complete line of auger fillers, volumetric fillers, scales and pumps to package granules, powders and liquids in both supported and unsupported films. Operational bagging speeds are up to 100+ bags per minute with package weights from a 1 gram to 100 pounds.

The V-LINE machines are capable of producing pillow, gusseted and square bottom type bags. Custom seal configuration such as hole-punch, tear notch, zip lock and vent tape/valves are possible other options such as wash down capability, dust collection, custom forming collars, tooling and support equipment are available from Taylor Products. To support the V-Line equipment, Taylor Products has a test lab at its Kansas City location that showcases the complete line of product as well as offering material testing for potential customers.

Taylor Products also offers a complete line of ancillary equipment and accessories. This includes flexible auger conveyors, transfer conveyors, printers, valve applicators and packing tables to complete the vertical form, fill and seal packaging system.
