Systems
For solvents,
petroleum products, paints; volatile or low
flashpoint liquids that risk explosion in the
filling area.
Uses
intrinsically safe electrical enclosure for Class I
Division I Group D explosion hazard locations.
Entire operating system, including 40 character
visual display, is available to the operator for
user friendly control of all conventional filler
operations. Panel enclosures and piping are designed
to contain and control explosion potential within
the system itself. Components are UL listed and
conform to requirements of major insurance carriers.
Advantages:
Safety is not dependent on any operating system or
active components like those used in cheaper
"air purge" systems; construction of the
electrical enclosure is inherently safe.
